in classss

I’m sitting in class

right now so I really

shouldn’t be writing this

but it’s so boring.

well, I like the subject

matter, I’m just not paying

attention. Yesterday,

Wednesday, was alright.

I woke up early and went

to yoga with the head of

my innovative landscaping

club! he is totally cool. It

went well, thought everyone

else there (3 other girls)

definitely does yoga on a

normal basis, haha.  He

said I was flexible when

we did the cobra pose where

your back bends. I felt

kind of sore afterwards. not

like a running sore, but like

a weird places that aren’t

usually used sore. I liked it.

I went to class. For lunch,

Jamie and I went to the

farmer’s market! We got

soup and a baguette which was

completely delicious. I

tried some goat cheese

which was very good, but

I don’t have a fridge to put

it in. He said he made it

that morning too. yumm.

Jamie had some cash so we

got strawberry jam and a

loaf of cinnamon swirl bread,

as well as some fudge.

One is chocolate maple and

the other is penuche? it’s

brown sugar. they’re both

really good, but the chocolate

maple is better. In my

American food class we

talked about fish. I said a few

things which was cool. Everyone

was pretty bored. I talked

about landscaping club

some and they all signed my

petition. I don’t like calling

it landscaping club.

Landscaping makes it sound

unimportant and club makes

it sound like not a real effort.

we’re planning to get a bunch

of people together in December

to design the landscape of

some places on campus to be

converted to native plants

that are good for the environment!

After class, I went and changed into

athletic stuff and picked up Jamie

and we went to DTD for practice.

Practice was fun, Mark calls

Jamie “Princeton,” haha. we

ate at weswings with some people

from Frisbee and their other friends.

there are ten minutes left in class.

After dinner we went to this talk

by Lt. Dan Choi. He used to be in

the army but he came out on tv.

He was a really inspiring speaker,

and he was funny and serious at

the same time. I liked him. After,

I went to this Best buddies meeting

and Jamie went back. at the meeting

we just planned future events, nothing

too exciting. I went to the tail end

of my ta session after that for econ.

It was alright. I talked with Maika

and Nick, and we’re going to go over

the problem set Thursday. I got

Maika’s number, which is how I know

how to spell his name. I thought

it was Mica, like for-mica, but he said

his parents didn’t want to give him a

jewish name (micah? like in heroes?)

after, on the hall the guys watched dexter

and the girls did work. I started doing

work but did the kenkens and cross-

word puzzle instead. I should stop doing

those but they’re so addictive. I need

to get caught up in my reading because

I have a soc paper due Monday,

env stud exam on Tuesday and

econ exam on Thursday. and I’m going

to the Frisbee tournament this

Saturday!! =) it’ll be great.
